To get started, all you need is two IDs, including a valid photo ID. The address on at least one ID must match the address on the USPS Form 1583 you'll sign to open your mailbox.

Personal — $25/mo
For individuals and households.
- Unlimited letter mail + 15 packages per month
- Opening special: $15/mo on an annual plan — just $180 for the year (regularly $300).
Business — $35/mo
For businesses, with months-free perks on longer terms.
- Unlimited letter mail + 30 packages per month
- 6-month plan — 1 month free
- 12-month plan — 2 months free

- Packages must be picked up within 7 days; storage fees apply after that.
- Overage fees apply if you exceed your monthly package limit.
