How It Works
- Pack and label your item. Make sure your package is sealed and has a valid, prepaid shipping label from the carrier of your choice.
No printer? Feel free to send it to us for free label printing as a part of our opening special.
- Bring it in. Stop by during our store hours — we're open seven days a week with extended hours.
- Hand it over. We'll scan or log your package, hand you a confirmation, and stage it for carrier pickup. That's it — you're done.

Good to Know
- Packages should be sealed and labeled before drop-off. If you're not sure your label is valid or your item is packed safely, bring it in and we'll take a look.
- Carrier cutoff times vary by day — drop off earlier in the day to make same-day pickup.
- Have something fragile, oversized, or unlabeled? We also offer full pack-and-ship service and can handle it start to finish.
